Payment Options
On-line orders can be paid by credit card, debit card or PayPal via our secure on-line shopping cart. Orders received by phone can be paid by credit or debit card. We accept the following major credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept most bank debit cards with the VISA or MasterCard logo.
Shipping Options
Domestic Shipping & Handling
Orders placed through Blazing Glass will be drop shipped with UPS as a primary service carrier to deliver products right to your door. Delivery services available through UPS are Ground, 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air Saver. UPS orders are waived from delivery signature unless otherwise instructed. Please allow 1-5 business days for order processing plus applicable shipping time before your order is delivered. For rush orders, please contact us at 866.992.5293 or state your urgency in the comments box during checkout. Upon shipment of your order, you should receive an e-mail with a tracking number of the package(s). You can track your package by visiting www.ups.com. Select orders or orders with fire pits will ship via freight company. For orders shipped via freight company, please contact Customer Service for tracking details.

For all Canadian shipments, Blazing Glass will not be held responsible or liable for any problems that result at your local customs office. If customs duties are assessed, these are in addition to your shipping charges and must be paid directly by you. No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office.

Blazing Glass will not be held responsible or liable for any problems that result at your local customs office. No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office. Blazing Glass will not be held liable for any customs duties or taxes that arise from your local customs office. Blazing Glass will also not be held responsible for any additional fee the local carrier in your country may charge. Our international shipping prices reflect the base shipping charge not including customs duties, taxes and country specific fees. Our fees ONLY reflect the cost for us to ship your order to your country. Some countries may require various types of import licenses. If you are unsure of your country's import policies, please check with them before ordering.
Backorder
In the unlikely event that one or more item(s) in your order are not available for immediate delivery, the whole order will be on hold for the availability of the backordered item(s). To ship the available items immediately and ship the backordered item(s) when available, please contact Customer Service.
