On-line orders may be placed by credit card, debit card or PayPal via our secure on-line shopping cart.
Orders received by phone can be paid for via credit or debit card. We accept the following major credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept most bank debit cards with the VISA or MasterCard logo.
Domestic Shipping & Handling
Please be aware that if your order was placed before 11 AM PST it will ship out the same day. Any orders placed after 11 AM PST will ship out the following business day.
Orders placed with Blazing Glass will be delivered to your doorstep via FedEx as the primary service carrier. Delivery services available through FedEx are Home Delivery and Ground. Home Delivery orders are waived from a delivery signature unless otherwise instructed. Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing, plus applicable shipping time, before your order is delivered. FedEx Home Delivery offers delivery on a Tuesday through Saturday business day schedule and Ground is a Monday through Friday schedule.
Expedited Shipping: For rush orders, you have the option during checkout to upgrade to any of the following quicker shipping methods: 2 or 3 Day Shipping and Next Day Air
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking number of the package(s). You can track your package by visiting http://www.fedex.com/us/. Orders over 250 pounds, orders with fire pits, or other select orders will ship via a freight company. For orders shipped via freight, please contact customer service for the tracking details. International Shipping & Handling

Blazing Glass will not knowingly ship any products to any countries that may require any type of license. Blazing Glass will not be held responsible or liable for any problems that result at your local customs office. No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office. Blazing Glass will not be held liable for any customs duties or taxes that arise from your local customs office. Blazing Glass will also not be held responsible for any additional fee the local carrier in your country may charge. Our international shipping prices reflect the base shipping charge not including customs duties, taxes and country specific fees. Our fees ONLY reflect the cost for us to ship your order to your country. Some countries may require various types of import licenses. If you are unsure of your country's import policies, please check with them before ordering.
In the unlikely event that one or more item(s) in your order are not available for immediate delivery, the whole order will be on hold up till the availability of the backordered item(s). To ship the available items immediately and ship the backordered item(s) when available, please contact customer service.
