Fire pits available on our site are backed by the manufacturer’s 1-year Limited Warranty.
Fire Glass
Our Fire Glass is backed by a manufacturer's Lifetime Limited Warranty, should it crack, warp, corrode, melt or peel or change color.
H-Style Burners & Fire Rings
The Stainless Steel Burners are backed by a manufacturer's 5-year Limited Warranty.
Ceramic Balls, Stones, Shapes, Logs, Open Front and Rectangular Pan Burners, Vent-Free Burners, Safety Valves and Associated Accessories

Our Return/Exchange Policy
For all returns, please follow the instructions listed below. Allow 4-6 weeks from receipt of the return for credit to be issued. Credits will be issued in the original form of payment. We are not responsible for returns sent without return authorization or for returns sent to the incorrect location.
Fire Pits, Fire Bowls and Fire Tables
The manufacturer will honor returns for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. A 25% restocking fee will be applied to refunds, provided the items are returned in resalable condition. We will refund this amount to you, less any associated shipping charges once the product has been received and inspected.
Please email us at support@blazingglass..com to setup a return authorization. We will then ask you to mail the item to Bond's address and email us the tracking number.
Fire Glass
The Manufacturer will honor returns for up to 30 days from the date of purchase, provided that the bags of glass have not been opened and have not been mixed with other colors. We will refund you the amount you paid less any associated shipping charges once the product has been received and inspected.
