Purchase a quality burner from Blazing Glass and start to set up the installation. Make sure the Gas is in the “OFF” position – Safety First. Make sure you place the damper clamp on the fireplace damper (provided) |

Connect elbow fitting (supplied) to the ½” gas pipe. Make sure you use two pipe wrenches when installing the elbow, one on the elbow and one on the pipe. Make sure the pipe from the fireplace does not turn. Use “yellow” gas tape to place on the male threads. |

Place the 45 degree elbow or straight connection (provided) onto the burner using yellow gas tape on the “male” side of the thread. |

Connect the Stainless Steel gas flex line to the burner. No tape is needed but you must secure the connection by tightening the fitting down. |

Connect the gas tube to the house gas. No tape is needed but you must again tighten the connection |
6. |
 |
Test the burner for the right position as well as the right flame. |
7. |
 |
Test the connection for any leaks. |

Place the glass into the pan |

 |
Fill the pan to the surface and create a mound of glass. |
10. |
 |
Test the burner to make sure the flames are burning evenly. |
11. |
 |
Open the valve and make sure the flames come all the way through the glass. |
