- Safety First - Make sure gas is in the “OFF” position and that the damper clamp “provided” is on the fireplace damper. Then Place the H Burner in the middle of the fireplace

- Connect elbow fitting (supplied) to the ∏” gas pipe. Make sure you use two pipe wrenches when installing the elbow, one on the elbow and one on the pipe. Make sure the pipe from the fireplace does not turn. Use “yellow” gas tape to place on the male threads.

- Connect the flared connection to the burner. Use tape on the male side of the burner.
|

- Connect the flex line provided to the gas burner . No tape is needed as this is a flared fitting and should seat perfectly.

- Connect the flex line to the elbow fitting. Again no gas tape is needed as this is also a flared fitting.
|

- Tighten both sides with a pipe wrench
|

- Burner is now completely connected to the house gas and ready to be tested for any leaks.
|

- You can place a bag of American Fireglass Lava Rock on the backside of the burner to build up the back so that you do not have to use so much glass. You can also place some of the lava rock over the pipe again to spare the cost of glass.

- Lava Rock mounds from the back and is now ready to be tested.

- Burner is lit to test for leaks as well as test for position.

- Start placing the clear filler glass over the burner evenly distributing the fireglass.
|

- Product is completely covered with white filler glass.
|
13. |
 |
- Burner and glass is now ready to test for the perfect flame.
|

 |
- Light glass fireplace and see if the flame is in the right position. If you are satisfied continue with the topper glass.

- Place topper color on top of the clear glass and create a design or just cover the white filler glass completely. This picture depicts a design of Black glass over the topper glass.

Finish the design of fireglass and continue on to cover the front of the fireplace. |

Start to place the glass in the front of the fireplace to create a unique design |

Finish the design and step back to make sure you approve |

Light the fireplace to make sure the flame is where you want it to go. |

Watch while the flames dance on the glass like flames on ice. |
