Fireplace
Have the right equipment and tools ready. You will need Two (2) pipe wrenches, gas tape or putty (Yellow for gas), a small amount of soapy water or Windex and a long nose gas lighter.
Place the damper clamp on the flue so that the flue will not close completely and will allow for the least amount of gas venting.
Clean off the threads to the inlet pipe (pipe from the house to the burner) and you may have to remove a cap that is on the pipe. Make sure that all gas is turned "OFF" until you are ready to test. Apply gas tape or Putty to threads in a clockwise rotation - a few turns tight will do the trick. Make sure that you always apply it to the "Male" end (the one with the threads). Screw the elbow (supplied A.1) to the inlet pipe (pipe on the house) and tighten down BUT make sure you do not rotate the pipe out of the fitting in the wall. You can use the two gas pipe wrenches and turn with one holding the pipe and the other on the fitting. Take the supplied Stainless Steel flex line and screw the male end into the elbow that is attached to the house. Tighten completely for this is a compression fitting and will seat itself into the male and female fittings.
Place the burner in the position shown in the diagram B1 or in the center of the fireplace. The burner can be the H Burner or the Pan Burner, installation is the same. Place the other end of the flex line (female fitting) onto the burner’s male threaded fitting. Tighten down the two fittings.
Make sure there is no kink in the flex line otherwise it will whistle due to the flow of gas through the line. Make sure the flex line is not exposed to any direct flame or is positioned over the burner.
Testing the fittings and gas into the burner. This process is easy but one of the most important so do diligently. Slowly open the gas valve a quarter turn and hold the long nose lighter over the burner - you may hear gas but it could be air in the line so wait a few seconds, the gas should ignite. Once the gas has ignited, you can then test the fittings by either placing the long nose lighter over the fittings to see if there is a leak or by spraying the soapy water on the fittings and look for bubbles. If there is not gas leak , no noise from the pipe and the flame is great - proceed to install the fireplace glass
Place the Filler White Glass on the sides and cover the burner (H Burner Only) and then place the amazing Blazing Glass over the filler glass to create a unique color chose by you.

Firepit / Firetable
Have the right equipment and tools ready. You will need Two (2) pipe wrenches, gas tape or putty (Yellow for gas), a small amount of soapy water of Windex and a long nose gas lighter.
Clean off the threads to the inlet pipe (pipe from the Firepit to the burner) and you may have to remove a cap that is on the pipe. Make sure that all gas is turned "OFF" until you are ready to test. Apply gas tape or Putty to threads in a clockwise rotation - a few turns tight will do the trick. Make sure that you always apply it to the "Male" end (the one with the threads). Screw the round firepit burner to the gas pipe and tighten down BUT make sure you do not rotate the pipe out of the fitting in the firepit. Refer to diagram A1 A2 A3
Once the burner is in place make sure that you test the burner completely. Turn the gas valve on a quarter turn - do not lean over the burner and hold the long nose lighter over the burner to light. Once lit make sure that there is no gas leaking at the fitting by placing the lighter on the fitting. Be cautious on firepits for they tend to have a larger amount of BTU's and will create a larger flame than an indoor fireplace. Never lean over the firepit while lighting
You are now ready to fill the firepit, make sure that you fill the bottom with Lava Rock or play sand or silica sand up to the bottom of the burner. Once done, you can then place the glass over the top of the burner making the affect complete. For the best affect you want to make sure that the firepit is full to the top of glass and then the affect is breathtaking.
Kickback - relax and enjoy the many years of this innovative and spectacular dance of fire reflections on glass.
