Here at Blazing Glass, we strive to deliver the best shopping experience you deserve – all at competitive prices! That is why we offer an easy and crystal clear return policy. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, let us help you with an exchange or return.
You can return or exchange almost everything within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Simply call us toll free at (866) 992-5293 or fill out the form below to begin the process to receive your return merchandise authorization form. Please have your invoice for proof of purchase handy and we will process your return or exchange.
All products must be in new condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund (please do not assemble or modify the product in any way). The few exceptions that cannot be returned include:
- Clearance Items (Blazing Savings)
- Gift Certificates
- Items Marked “Non-Returnable” (clearly indicated on the sale page before placing your order)
It is important to us that you are completely satisfied by offering our customers a return or exchange within a 30 day period from time of purchase with no re-stocking fees for any new and unused items as long as the entire order is in its original package and returned to us in an acceptable manner. Our Return Policy makes it easy for you to return your new, unused products for a FULL REFUND or exchange of any product for any item of equal value. If product is requested to return after 30 days of receiving order, you will be issued a refund minus shipping cost and 25% restocking fee.
All products can be opened to be eligible for a return or refund excluding the following:
- Fire Glass & Lava Rock
- Volcanic Ash, Ember Magic & Silica Sand
In all cases we require you to email us photos before your return will be authorized. We just need a before picture in case there is any damage to the item on its way back to us.
To ensure you receive a prompt exchange or refund, please do not attempt a return without contacting us first. If we receive your return without a return merchandise authorization form (RMA), it will be denied and sent back to you. The RMA form will be filled out by our staff and sent to you via email for you to print, sign and insert in every package returned.
We have the right to deny your return in the event your item is:
- Received in an unacceptable or damaged condition.
- Packaged carelessly or in a way deemed unacceptable. (DO NOT WRITE DIRECTLY ON BOXES)
* If the return/exchange was damaged in transit we will open a claim with the shipping company. If the item returned is damaged or used, we will immediately notify you in any case.
