Return Policy
For all returns, please follow the instructions listed below. Allow 4-6 weeks from receipt of the return for credit to be issued. Credits will be issued in the original form of payment. We are not responsible for returns sent without return authorization or for returns sent to the incorrect location. Shipping charges are not refundable. Return shipping charges are customer's responsibility.
American Fireglass:
The manufacturer will honor returns up to 30 days from the date of purchase, provided the product is in new and resalable condition. Bags of glass should be factory sealed and not mixed with other colors. Pre-Mixed/colorFUSION colors are not returnable. Refund will be issued in full, less any associated shipping charges once the product has been received and inspected.

Blue Rhino:
The manufacturer will honor returns up to 30 days from the date of purchase with a 25% restocking fee, provided the product is in new and resalable condition with original cartons. Refund will be issued in full, less any associated shipping charges once the product has been received and inspected.

Rasmussen:
The manufacturer will honor returns up to 30 days from the date of purchase with a 25% restocking fee, provided the product is in new and resalable condition. Refund will be issued in full, less any associated shipping charges once the product has been received and inspected. Ceramic color stains (Adobe Red, Beige, Black, Brown, Dark Gray, Light Gray and White) for Fire Balls, Fire Stones and Fire Shapes are made-to-order, therefore are not returnable, with the exception of manufacturer defects upon approval.
