Our Return/Exchange Policy
Fire Glass
The Manufacturer will honor returns for up to 30 days from the date of purchase, provided that the bags of glass have not been opened and have not been mixed with other colors. We will refund you the amount you paid less any associated shipping charges once the product has been received and inspected.
Please email us at support@blazingglass.com to setup a return authorization. We will then ask you to send the item to AFG's address and email us the tracking number.

Due to the fact that most of the ceramic sets and Open Front and Rectangular Pan Burners are made-to-order, a 25% restocking fee will be applied, provided the items are returned in resalable condition. We will refund this amount to you, less any associated shipping charges once the product has been received and inspected.
However, if you would like to exchange or upgrade an unopened item for a different size or configuration, this can sometimes be approved without paying the restocking fee.
